- Consultant will not misuse in any way the trust and dependence of the Client.
- Consultant offers service based on his best knowledge and conscience.
- Consultant puts emphasis on moral values of his activity, as truthfulness, honesty and frankness and promotes these values. Consultant serves an example in this to other people.
- Consultant behaves to clients humanly and empathic, it means he approaches to single clients with sensibility and understanding, he listens to the client and shows an active interest in client ´s case.
- Consultant can have in the context of human informal approach to client a physical contact with the client (it means reaching hand, friendly stroking and embracing, praise or encouragement, tapping on shoulder i.e.). Consultant is prohibited to have sexual relationship, sexual contact with the client or to harass the client sexually or in other way. Prohibited are also aggressive attacks towards the Client. The same is valid also in terms of client ´s behaviour towards the Consultant.
- Consultant does not degrade the human dignity of the Client nor its own.
- Consultant respects the principle of equality with the Client, he does not look down on the client in any way.
- Consultant is impartial, independent in all his approaches and feelings towards the Client.
- Consultant offers service free of charge and must not even overtake natural benefit from the Client.
- Consultant has the right and in case of the loss of confidence by the client or in a conflict between him and the Client to reject a service to the Client. In this case the Consultant tries to find help of another Consultant without needless delay.
- Consultant promises confidentiality about negotiations with the Client, especially about sensitive and confidential data. Consultant can breach the promise of confidentiality in such situation in which is immediately threatened life and health of the Client or of other Person.
- Consultant should not perform his work with the Client if he himself has health or psychic problem (attack).
Consultant nor the member of the Association KOLUMBUS must not be dependent on drugs or any other narcotic and psychotropic drugs and poisons and must not appear and act under influence of these drugs.
